South Crofty visit

As part of the Cornish Mining Conference, Global Mine Design personnel were lucky enough to attend a site visit to the historic South Crofty mine site. As well as being shown the current work being undertaken under the Feasibility Study, particularly the impressive environmental focus on water treatment ahead of de-watering, a highlight was accessing old workings. A hugely insightful visit and very rewarding to see historic and futuristic mining activities blending so well together.
